What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debits cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept bank Transfers, please contact us at linda@thebarefootgallery.com or phone +44 (0)1937 845135 for details.

Online Security

How safe is it to use my credit card?

Security & Privacy is of the highest importance to us and something we take extremely seriously. Our secure online Shopify commerce store uses Stripe for online payments, which is used by thousands of merchants every day. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available. All payments use secure HTTPS and all card numbers are encrypted.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by email once you have completed your payment within 24 hours, at which time we will establish a convenient day for delivery. If you have not heard from us after 24 hours following order completion, please get in touch by contacting linda@thebarefootgallery.com or phone 44 (0)1937 845 135.

Commissioned Paintings

Alex Turco paintings can be made to any size the lead time is usually 6-8 weeks, this will be confirmed at time of order. If you change your mind please let us know in writing as soon as possible and we will try to stop the order. 

Furniture Orders

Moda Furniture is hand made, and made to order. The approximate availability of Moda furniture is 6-8 weeks. If you change your mind please let us know in writing as soon as possible and we will endeavour to stop all procedures.

Delivery & Despatch

Most items are despatched within 3-5 days (except commissioned paintings or furniture). You will be contacted to advise the delivery day. For delivery outside the UK estimated delivery times are: within the EU is 5-10 days, worldwide 10-14 days. Furniture shipped by sea can be up to six weeks. Where there is a charge for delivery, which will be at cost, options and charges will be available, in most cases at the checkout.

Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated/agreed delivery date unless there is an event outside our control. In this event we will contact you to arrange a revised delivery date.

Order Cancellations
Please advise as soon as possible if you change your mind. We will endeavour to stop all procedures. If however the goods have already been dispatched it will your responsibility to return the goods. Please ensure you receive proof of return and that the goods are adequately insured.

Returns

If you are not happy with your choice you can return your goods within 14 days of receipt, and we will offer an exchange or refund, provided the product/s are returned complete, in perfect condition and unused. NOTE: this does not apply to non-standard, customised and furniture products. To return an item please email us within seven working days of delivery of your purchase. Take great care re-packing the item/s in the original packaging and return to us within 14 days. Please ensure that you receive a certificate of mailing and ensure the item is appropriately insured as goods damaged when being returned will not be refunded. Please ensure that a signature is received when the goods are returned. If you are unable to organize a suitable method of returning the goods, please contact us so that we can organize collection. Unless the products are faulty you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us or where relevant, the cost of us collecting the product from you.

For larger and/or delicate items please contact us to advise on appropriate courier services.

Can you ship overseas?

Yes, we can ship worldwide. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. We have no control over these charges and the vendor is responsible for payment for any import duties and taxes. The cost for delivery will not exceed that stated at checkout.

Gift Vouchers

Yes, gift vouchers are available from £20 to any amount. They are valid for 12 months. Please contact us for further details.

Visiting The Barefoot Gallery

We welcome visitors and encourage prospective customers to view artwork before purchasing. Our opening times are 10.00am to 5.00pm Tuesday to Saturday (10am-4pm Jan - Mar)

We make every effort to ensure that the images on the website are displayed accurately but inevitably occasionally the colours may vary from the actual product.

Each product is unique, although the site is continually updated the product that you have ordered may not be available and therefore unable to be processed.

In the event that the ordered product is unfortunately unavailable, wherever possible an alternative will be offered.
