Born in 1965 in New York City, Marco studied at the Porta Romana Art Institute and the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence. He won a scholarship to study for his Master of Fine Art at the California College of Arts, which he completed in 1993. He has exhibited his paintings and sculpture throughout Italy,the United States, Canada and Holland. He currently lives in Italy where he continues to paint and teaches at the Syracuse University in Florence.
