Sally Martin

Sally is a Surrey-based equestrian artist who exhibits nationally and internationally and has gained recognition and awards for her vibrant and expressive interpretations of equestrian scenes.

Sally says of her work "Painting is my way of expressing what I see and how I feel. Horses are a constant subject in my work: in my eyes the equine form is endlessly beautiful and fascinating. My interest is the connection between horse and rider, the process of daily training in the pursuit of perfection in unity and movement.  I constantly reflect and draw on the parallels of the horse and rider partnership".
