Roger Simpson

Roger has only been using watercolours since 2012. He says:

'To me just painting in watercolour applying paint onto a white sheet of paper is a great thrill, seeing what the colour does when it flows into other colours. I have drawn and painted all my life but early on in my art days I struggled with watercolours and never bothered with them again until thirty five years later, then in 2012 I knuckled down and I now feel as though I have mastered what is called the most difficult painting medium you could ever use.'
